!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
You did it!
You fought the evil Captain
Jean Luc Pygmie and defeated
him. You think. You never
really saw him die...oh well
you got his batteries and
turned off the force feild,
now it's onward to the control
room. Bub was ready to take
the Gore Falcon back to Zebdar
when he discovered that in the
fight the controls had been
damaged. But Bub had no idea
how to fly this thing,
controls or no. So he set a
course for Zebdar. not a good
idea. The light speed warp
drivers kicked in and Bub (who
was being a dummy and not
wearing his safety belt) was
thrown to the rear wall of the
ship. Dr. K. Vorkian tried to
repair his invention to no
avail. All aboard the Galleon
ran to suspended animation
pods. The Gore Falcon was
equipped with life
sustaining cocoons that
would make the person inside
completely shielded from that
on the outside until the pod
opened when radiation from
the exploded ship dropped to
"safe" levels. Bub dove into
the pod and realized that
he had made a stupid move
(they were in no rush and now
he was upsidedown, at least
it was more dramatic than
stepping in) Hours later the
pods with their live cargo,
went into sleep mode and
froze solid, in a moment the
ship crashed on the distant
tropical world of Lushceria.
Meanwhile at the Crystal
Palace on Zebdar Princess
Marie A. watched Bub
through the Great Crystal.
"I can't believe I let him go
on this suicide mission"
she mummbled, "Without
telling him how I felt."
"There there Princess"
Cedrick said comforting her
"I'm sure he'll come back"
"I guess your right" she
admitted. She walked over
to the window and looked
into the stars in the night
sky, a tear rolled down
her cheek.
TO BE CONTINUED...
(pretty nifty foreshadowing
huh)
